Hi, I'm Elise. I'll be your person here.

I started FloriCasa because I wanted beach stays to feel personal again. I personally care for every home I rent, from Cape Canaveral to Satellite Beach, and I visit them in person.

When you book with me, you get my number, a handwritten welcome note and someone who actually answers when the AC acts up or you need a dinner recommendation.

Why book on FloriCasa.com instead of Airbnb or Vrbo?

It's the same home for less. You skip the platform fees, and you deal with me directly.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is often possible; just request it in your guest portal after you book.

What's your cancellation policy?

Simple: cancel at least as far ahead as your stay is long. Booking a week? Cancel at least one week before check-in. Booking a month? Cancel at least one month before. The exact terms for your dates show at checkout before you pay.

Are pets allowed?

Some homes are pet-friendly. Use the Pet Friendly filter to see them. Service animals are always welcome; just message me before you arrive.

Do you have beach chairs, towels and linens?

Yes. Every home has fresh linens, plush bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for you.

Do you offer monthly or winter stays?

Yes. Many homes are set up for 1 to 3 month stays at lower monthly rates, and some condos are monthly-only.

Who do I call with questions?

Me. Call or text Elise at 321-222-3018. I answer guest messages myself, usually within the hour.
