Furnished Housing Near Kennedy Space Center for Aerospace Work Stays

2-week to 3-month rentals in Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach and Satellite Beach, booked directly with me.

Working at Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station or Port Canaveral? I'm Elise, a local rental manager with furnished homes and condos 10–35 minutes from the gates. Most of my work-stay guests book 2 weeks to 2 months and extend when schedules slip. Booking directly with me costs less than the same home on Airbnb or Vrbo.

Professionally cleaned · Reliable WiFi · Furnished kitchens · Free parking · Local rental manager, not a call center

Same home, same dates, lower price

Airbnb and Vrbo charge fees on every booking, and those fees show up in your price. When you book directly with me, you skip them. On a month-long stay, that adds up fast.

Example: 30 nights at a $150 nightly rate

  • Direct with Elise: $4,725
  • Vrbo: $5,355 (you save $630, about 12%, by booking direct)
  • Airbnb: $5,517 (you save $792, about 14%, by booking direct)

Example based on the nightly rate only. Airbnb and Vrbo also mark up the cleaning fee, so the real savings are usually higher. Taxes apply on every channel.

Your launch slipped? Your stay can too.

Scrubs, weather holds and schedule changes are part of the job here. I know that, and I make it easy. Simply contact me and I'll adjust your stay. If your home isn't open for the extra nights, I'll find you another of my homes nearby, so you're never hunting for a new place mid-assignment.

  • Extend in one text. No new booking, no new platform fees.
  • Flexible cancellation on every booking.
  • Repeat crews welcome. Many of my guests come back for the next campaign.

Questions I get from aerospace and contract crews

Where should I stay for a work assignment at Kennedy Space Center?

Cape Canaveral is the closest beachside town to the Space Force Station gates and Port Canaveral. Cocoa Beach is a few minutes farther south, with more restaurants. I have furnished homes in both, plus Satellite Beach for crews working in the Melbourne area.

What's the shortest stay I can book?

It depends on the home. In Cape Canaveral, city rules set a 6-night minimum. Some condos require 30 nights. Several Cocoa Beach and Satellite Beach homes allow 3–4 nights. Each listing shows its minimum.

Can I extend if my launch or project slips?

Yes. Simply contact me and I'll adjust your stay. If your home isn't open for the extra nights, I'll find you another of my homes nearby.

Do you offer monthly rates?

Yes. Longer stays get lower nightly rates, and my 30-night homes are priced for monthly guests.

Why is it cheaper to book directly with you instead of Airbnb or Vrbo?

Those platforms charge fees on every booking. When you book with me directly, you skip them. On a 30-night stay that's often $500–$800 or more.

Is the WiFi good enough for remote work and VPN?

Yes. Every home has reliable WiFi for VPN, Teams and Zoom calls. Tell me what you'll be working on and I'll suggest the best fit.

Is there parking for a work truck?

Every home has free parking. Some condo associations have vehicle restrictions, so tell me what you drive and I'll confirm before you book.

Can I book for a coworker, or for a crew?

Yes. Message me with the dates and headcount and I'll suggest homes close to each other.

Tell me your dates and your gate.

I'll send you 2–3 homes that fit your shift, your budget and your stay length, all at my direct rate. Call or text me at (321) 222-3018.
